for exhibitions, events, and diverse programming, including artist and author talks, designed to make the experience of art accessible to the general public. With a strong focus on introducing underrepresented and unrepresented artists to the U.S. mainstream art scene,
Art Pan has successfully become a vital channel for cross-cultural engagement and artistic recognition.
Committed to nurturing the art community, Art Pan actively supports emerging and established artists through initiatives
like open calls and artist-in-residency programs, providing unique opportunities for artists to develop and showcase their work.

Founder, Jin Soo Hwang
Ms. Jin Soo Hwang is a distinguished calligrapher who has won major calligraphy and art competitions in Korea, including the prestigious Shin Saimdang Art Contest. She has been recognized as an invited artist at leading national exhibitions and has taught calligraphy to prominent figures, including Koro Bessho, the former Japanese Ambassador to Korea. Through her exploration of unconventional materials and media, she has cultivated a distinctive voice in contemporary calligraphy.
As the Founder of Art Pan, she strives to create a platform where artists from diverse backgrounds can engage with the public
through art and the humanities.
Ms. You Sun Min is the Director of Art Pan.
She is a graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York.
She has cultivated a diverse career in exhibition and graphic design, with experience at ELIE TAHARI, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, People magazine, etc.
Now focusing on discovering and promoting Korean artists
in the New York and New Jersey region, she is steering
Art Pan toward becoming a dynamic platform that connects contemporary art with the wider public.
